This is a sketch of a larger proposal. I want to extend our work into a longer-term commitment where we go into more areas of your business and build the AI tools you need.

The problem

Companies your size struggle with AI adoption. I see four reasons:

AI changes every month. My workflow looks different now than it did in October. New models, new capabilities, new patterns. The way I built CTCAC Intelligence would be different if I started today. You need someone whose job is to keep up. That's me.
Your data is scattered. Yardi, Spectrum, ProjecSite, M-Files, Excel. No single place where AI can access what it needs. Before anything else works, we have to bring data together.
Your team doesn't have time. Chris said half an hour a week, max. I'm building tools to get input from you without scheduling calls. You answer questions via voice when you have 5 minutes. I get what I need. We move.
Hiring is expensive. An AI engineer runs $150-200k. A data engineer another $130-170k. Plus a year to get them productive. I already have the team and the infrastructure.

What I'm proposing

Monthly retainer. You pay, I build. Here's what's on the table for Danco:

Competitive Intelligence

Scrape applications each round. Build competitor profiles. Calculate tiebreaker scores. Show you where you stand and who you're up against.

Regulations Monitoring

Check CTCAC weekly for changes. When something updates, you get an alert. Your team can chat with the regulations and get answers without digging through PDFs.

Tiebreaker Optimization

What-if scenarios. You change a parameter, we show you how it affects your score. Monte Carlo simulations to estimate win probability.

Construction PM Reports

Standalone app. PM gets a notification. Answers questions by voice. AI turns it into a structured report. Leadership gets a weekly digest. No meetings required.

System Integrations

Pull data from Yardi, Spectrum, ProjecSite. Create agents that can answer questions about your projects without you having to look things up.

What delivery looks like

This is what working with me looks like on a monthly retainer:

Weekly

New features deployed. Most weeks you'll see something new in the app. A new validation rule, a new agent, a new integration. I push updates continuously. You don't wait months for a release.

Bi-weekly

Async check-in. I send you a prompt with questions about priorities, feedback on recent features, and what's coming next. You respond via voice or text when you have 10 minutes. No meetings unless you want them.

Monthly

Summary report. What was built, what was learned, what's next. Includes usage metrics if the system is live. We adjust priorities based on what's actually getting used.

Quarterly

Roadmap review. We look at the bigger picture. What's working, what's not, where should we invest next. This is the one meeting I recommend scheduling.

The goal: you get new capabilities every few weeks instead of waiting months. Small experiments, fast iteration, constant improvement.

How it works

You get a point of contact who coordinates everything. Communication happens async through tools I've built. You answer prompts when you have time. I get the information I need to keep building.

Anything I figure out for other clients, I can apply to your situation. The architecture transfers. You benefit from patterns I've already solved.

Next step

We can discuss this in January. If it makes sense for both sides, we agree on a tier and start. First three months at the discounted rate. Then we see where we are.
